|Recommended: YesA Quaint And Renovated, Cute Complex — I love it It's clean, there are good amenities, the neighbors seem kind, and it's quieter at night. The walls are thin, so it can get a little noisy from the buses and fire engines outside, but I can sleep right through it.

|Recommended: YesGood For A Starter Apartment — I think that this building is super charming, the units are a good size, minus the kitchen, which is far too small no drawers, two cabinets, and one cubbie under the counter and the bathroom, which feels more like a closet with a tub and toilet. Decently priced for the area, NO PARKING WHATSOEVER We pay an additional 400 a month to park three blocks away, and their best option is a PSU structure that is quite a huff away, not the safest alternative. Needs some work, but it is good for the starter couple or for college students.

|Recommended: NoWe've Only Been Here 2 Months, We Will Not Be Renewing Our Lease. — There is virtually no communication from the landlord on important things like maintenance numbers, our electricity has gone off twice in the past week, meaning our fridge shut off and we've had to buy two new loads of groceries in a week. Additionally, our stove, an electric one, doesn't get hot enough to even boil water. The oven barely reaches 200 degrees, I left a potato in there for 4 hours to check if it was working and it didn't cook at all. Also all of our faucets are on backwards, which isn't terrible but it is annoying and unnecessary. The heaters do not work and I can hear my neighbor eating cereal on the other side of the wall.

We strive to be prompt, and leave the emergency maintenance line in the voicemail of the office to avoid tenant confusion. Management is always available during office hours and by email at any time. The work order that was submitted on the same day as the review has been addressed and completed. Our policy is to address the work orders within 24 hours once submitted outside of an emergency. |Recommended: YesHistoric, Vintage And Loosely Managed. — It’s a great beginners apartment and it is in the perfect spot downtown. Has more of a home feel rather than a motel.

|Recommended: YesGreat Property, Great Location, Great Price — The property is in the perfect location downtown--especially in summer time. The building is adorable and full of good character. I LOVE my unit. However, I haven't even been here a week and have had two packages stolen, and property staff didn't seem to care. They told me to mail it to UPS next door next time.

|Recommended: YesCozy Fixer Upper — Great location, nice wood floors, cute layout and great lighting. Since it's an old building, expect some minor wear and condition of some doors windows, drawers. Other tenants are pretty quiet though and the only noise comes from the usual downtown hubbub.

|Recommended: YesIts Old And Small, But Kept Up Alright — The neighborhood isn't super great. The staff are lovely. Its near all sorts of transit and a wonderful huge farmers market. The apartment was way smaller than we believed it to be.
